Refund policy

We guarantee you will receive a viable tuber with at least one eye that may be dormant, swollen, or sprouted. Please retrieve and inspect your package immediately upon delivery, and notify us via email at GoodLifeDahlias@gmail.com within 3 days with any concerns. Please include photos of any issues so we can compare with the photos we have taken before sending your order. After the 3-day inspection period, the buyer accepts full responsibility for tubers. All sales are final.
