We guarantee you will receive a tuber with at least one eye that may be dormant, swollen, or sprouted. Please retrieve and inspect your package immediately upon delivery, and notify us within 3 days with any concerns. After the 3-day inspection period, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber. We cannot make any further guarantees after delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive, or negligence.
