A fantastic dahlia for landscaping, Kelsey Dwarf is a short bushy plant under 2'. Tiny purple blossoms cover the plants, and, with deadheading, continue to rebloom until the frost. So many perfect little blooms. Bright yellow centers, and a gradient of purple on the petals. Love this little mignon single! *Note- these dwarf sized plants and flowers come from dwarf sized tubers. Tubers are quite small, but have had no trouble producing healthy plants in our experience.
